Support hosiery is not  cure. It just stops the problem from getting worse, and it provides relief. If you want to keep your condition in check, keep ‘em on.

GET USED TO THEM:
If they are uncomfortable for you at first, try try again. Start of wearing them for 2 hoursa day, and increas the duration. You’ll be used to them in no time.

REPLACING:
Sheers usually last around 3 months, and opaques 6 months. If you don’t feel any squeeze, it’s not becase you were cured, but due to the fabric stretching.

WASHING:
They all say hand wash, but your probably not going to listen. So just stick them in a mesh wash bag first. Don’t use bleach, and don’t dry on high, use delicate setting.
